ZCL THESIS / BRIDGE LAB
Native ZCL.
A test route to Solana.
Try wrapping test ZCL as wZCL on Solana devnet, then redeem it back. Follow each step and see what backs the test token.
ISOLATED TEST BRIDGENative Zclassic remains proof of work. A wrapped token adds another network and a bridge operator; it does not change Zclassic’s consensus.
Try the round trip
Actions stay disabled until the isolated test service and networks are verified.

Test bridge fees: 0.1% each way. Deposits pay the fee separately in devnet SOL; the full ZCL amount is wrapped. Redemptions deduct the fee in test ZCL, plus the native network fee. Public market prices only set the test SOL fee; regtest assets still have no monetary value.
Show the test steps
- Connect a Solana devnet wallet and choose a test amount.
- Request and review the exact fee quote, then create the test deposit. The service supplies an isolated regtest destination.
- Use the test faucet and wait for verified regtest confirmations.
- After confirmation, review and sign in the receiving wallet. The SOL bridge fee and token issuance execute in one atomic devnet transaction; neither happens alone.
- Connect the devnet wallet holding test wZCL.
- Enter a ZCL regtest receiving address and test amount.
- Request and accept the exact fee and net ZCL quote, then review and authorize the devnet redemption in your wallet.
- The service verifies the redemption before releasing test ZCL.

A token is a claim.
Backing matters.
The test design is one unit of wrapped ZCL for one unit of ZCL held by the bridge, before any configured fees. The operator controls custody and issuance. Redemption depends on that operator and its software.
This is not a trustless bridge or an audited reserve system. A service-reported balance does not prove liabilities are complete. Test assets cannot be redeemed for real ZCL.
Two networks.
Different guarantees.
Zclassic mainnet uses proof of work. Transfers of a wrapped token on Solana follow Solana’s consensus and token rules. Wrapping ZCL does not convert Zclassic to proof of stake.
This experiment uses a private regtest chain and public Solana devnet. Its balances, blocks and tokens are test data and may be reset.
